1.0 POSITION SUMMARY: 

IT Voice and Network Engineer position should have in depth knowledge in Voice communication and Network management. Role will also make and implement recommendations for improvements/enhancements in current and future systems and functions, support existing systems and contributing to system specifications. 

Must have a high level of technical expertise combined with clear insights and experience. The position reports to IT Department.

The job duties include ability to:

Exposure on Avaya Communication Manager / Session Manager / Presence Server / Multimedia Messaging
• Monitoring alarms and errors.
• System Manager and Session Manager.
• Avaya Aura Session Border Controller (ASBC) – Remote worker Solution and SIP Trunking
• Creating, managing and monitoring Hunt groups, Extensions/Stations, Agent Login IDs.
• Exposure on Vector, VDN.
• Creating and managing route pattern, ARS, AAR pattern 
• Managing and troubleshoot digital and analog instrument related problem. 
• Exposure on CMS R14, 16, R17, R18 & Billing server.
• Managing media server S8720+650 media Gateway (Contact center and TDM office PBX).
• Announcement recording through Avaya extension
• Uploading and modifying announcements
• Firmware update of cards in Gateway
• Exposure on Avaya Aura (System manager, Session Manager)
• Button assignments, speed dial configuration
• Patch management

Exposure on Call Recording
• Exposure on Avaya Call Recording.
• Management and administration of the call recorder server
• Performing quarterly Patch management activity.
• Managing User’s profile i.e. Creation, Modification & Deletion of the Agent’s profile.
• Responsible for designing the Rule Manager as per the user’s request.
• Responsible for time to time Call Quality Audit of recordings.
• Query generation, Channel mapping, recording on Demand and manual Backup of the system.
• Password reset for users
• Monitoring call recording
• Creation of supervisor ID.

• Taking backups
• Troubleshooting regarding NICE access from user’s machine, not able to play the audio streaming file etc.

• Experience in deploying multi vendor NAC Solution Example (FortiNAC, Forescout)
• Experience in Deploying and troubleshooting various vendors firewalls like CISCO Palo-alto, Sonic Wall, Fortigate and Anti virus solutions including Symantec, MacAfee .

VACANCIES IN FACILITIES MANAGEMENT • Supervisor/Electrical & Power Plant-Installation, testing & commissioning and maintenance of Electrical Power & Control Systems, Fire Alarm and Power Plant Systems such as Rectifiers, Batteries, Diesel Generators & UPS systems per Engineering specifications. Requirements: Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering & atleast 5 to 7 years’ experience • Supervisor AC & Mechanical-Perform Controls troubleshooting and rectification of various types of Air Conditioning system such as Split, Package & Chilled Water Systems. Able to analyze the asset life cycle and recommendations for preparation of budgeting and replacement. Requirement: B.E in Mechanical or Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning & atleast 5 years’ experience in maintenance of Commercial AC Systems in Facilities Management.
