* Must have excellent level command over .Net development, specifically ASP.NET development, should know from the core concepts to the advanced level techniques for building world class web applications.
* Must have excellent level command over Sql Server development, creating and handling complex and optimized stored procedures.
* Should have a strong grip on html / css concepts. Not from a design point of view, but as a developer aspect.
* MUST have strong development skills in Javascript / jQuery. (and that doesn\'t mean just integrating built-in jQuery plugins, or doing validations from javascript etc. We need someone to have expert level command on jQuery to do most of the possible work client side, including jQuery templates, AJAX, webservices connectivity, html manipulation
etc.
