As a Marketing executive, your daily tasks will entail:

  • Spotting opportunities for potential clients

  • Contacting individuals and organisations, building relationships and providing leads for the sales team to follow up.

As a PR executive, your daily tasks will involve:

  • Liaising with media houses, blogs, magazines and other media platforms to put 3Developers on the media front.

  • Organizing data of media suppliers

  • You will put together strategic press releases that highlight 3Developers, it’s activities and build up plans towards the BIG exhibition in September.

As a Marketing Executive you should :

  • Be able to spot good partnership opportunities

  • Have good organisational skills

  • Have a basic marketing background

  • Be able to multitask and micro manage clients in a professional manner.

As a PR Executive you should:

  • Have at least a year experience in PR.

  • Have good organisational skills.

  • Be able to multitask and coordinate with Media houses in a professional manner.

Accountant for a Nursery / School—Part-Time (10-12 hours/month) 

The part time accountant must possess a strong accounting background to handle school finances including budgeting, reporting, and oversight of bookkeeping functions .



The Accountant position is an hourly position with an expectation of approximately 10-12 hours per month. Work can primarily be done from home on a flexible schedule, although occasional presence on site at specified times will be necessary for meetings or to handle paperwork/files. 



Must have solid accounting knowledge, ability to work independently and accurately. As a nursery, many of our administrative functions are performed by our administrative staff, so the Accountant will need to be able to work well with the administrative staff, Director and on an occasional basis, the principal.



The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:



● oversight of school bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online 

â—‹ end-month-closing journal entries (monthly, accruals, adjusting entries) 

â—‹ bank reconciliations & account analysis â—‹ reconcile payroll expense and liabilities 

● preparation of budgets and regular forecasts 

● creating and presenting financial reports as requested by the Board 

● financial oversight of school fundraising activities 

● preparations for annual audit 

● maintaining an updated accounting manual 

● completion of annual tax and information filings 

● maintain and update internal controls and compliance measures The skills needed to successfully perform this role are: 

● Ability to meet deadlines (without close supervision) 

● Ability to effectively manage time 

● Excellent communicator 

● Organization and efficiency

● Ability to solicit and synthesize inputs from various stakeholders 



The qualified candidate must be highly proficient in using QuickBooks, preferably the Online version. Candidate must also be proficient with Google Drive, Gmail, and MS Office, particularly Excel. As most work will be completed from home, candidate must have reliable access to a functional computer and internet connection. The qualified candidate will have accounting experience (not-for-profit a plus) and a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or a related field.

Duration –
Job Contract on Weekly basis.

Timings –
09:00 am to 13:00 pm – Saturday to Thursday

Payment –
AED 500.00 per week. Based on performance, the contract may be renewed on a weekly basis. In case of exceptional performance, the candidate will be offered a PERMANENT position in the organisation subject to revised job terms.

Responsibilities –
1. Manage the current client base and to upsell additional products and services.
2. To engage in strong marketing via telephone, emails, social media, etc.
3. To study and suggest methods for improving experience of Walk-In clients.
4. To provide feedback to management with regards to improving current offering and making it more competitive.
