We are currently looking to recruit a Hindi speaking Male Customer Service candidate on part time basis (long term job assured) to be a part of our Business. We are looking for andidate who is friendly and able to talk to people and sell wifi tickets in staff accomodation in dip 2.

He must have good communications skills with good spoken Hindi and if he has additional knowledge of a bit of English & other south Indian languages would be a plus.Must be on their own visa. Timings will be 6 pm - 10 pm ( 3/4 days a week ). Freshers are also welcome.

Duration –
Job Contract on Weekly basis.

Timings –
09:00 am to 13:00 pm – Saturday to Thursday

Payment –
AED 500.00 per week. Based on performance, the contract may be renewed on a weekly basis. In case of exceptional performance, the candidate will be offered a PERMANENT position in the organisation subject to revised job terms.

Responsibilities –
1. Manage the current client base and to upsell additional products and services.
2. To engage in strong marketing via telephone, emails, social media, etc.
3. To study and suggest methods for improving experience of Walk-In clients.
4. To provide feedback to management with regards to improving current offering and making it more competitive.

Benefits / Perks –
Additional benefits will include commission on closed deals, flexible work timings, etc., but shall be applicable only upon the confirmation of PERMANENT status of the candidate, as outlined in the above point (PAYMENT clause).

Additional Requirements –
1. Candidates should have strong communication and presentation skills.
