Description:

We are looking for a Sales Executive that will take ownership of closing new members for our Level 1 digital marketing essentials programme, and our wider course portfolio.

Our customer base is located across the globe, so you will have to be personable and adaptable to speak to and to ‘nurture’ leads from different countries and cultures.

You will be:

Leading on the sales conversations with leads from or key markets (via sales calls)
Hitting sales targets and maintaining profit margins
Building relationships and nurturing a sales pipe for future sales
Researching and onboarding potential partnerships with key partners
Reaching out to new and existing contacts and partners
Keeping up to date with every detail of our programme portfolio
Delivering relevant feedback about customer trends and needs about our offering
Participating in strategic development or updates to our offering
Maintaining our Sales and CRM tools and logs, ensuring information is accurate and up to date

The Inside Sales Executive will initiate sales opportunities and assist customers in product questions and or concerns in order to deliver a successful sale and a satisfied client.

Responsibilities:
