The position of sales administrator providing high level administrative support by conducting research, analysing financial information, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, answering calls, managing clientele, selling services, determining or maintaining records of clientele, performing external duties.



Tasks:

- Answer calls of direct them to the appropriate party to take messages

- Sell services to clients by calls, meeting or messages 

- Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations

- File and report corporate information, records and reports

- Open sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email

- Analyse financial information and prepare reports 

- Use of spreadsheets and other reporting tools

- External duties such as visiting banks or public sectors 


Qualifications and requirements:


- High school diploma or equivalent 

- BA (being in business administration will be highly appreciated)

- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and computers iOS or Microsoft
