We re looking for an experienced Sales Programs Sr. Manager to join the Sales Programs and Business Operations team in EMEA South. The role will report into the Head of Sales Programs EMEA South and will cover Sales Programs for Middle east, the candidate will be based in Dubai with specific country lens that will adjust in line with the business priorities. Sales Programs managers are the business partners of sales leaders in driving pipeline generation & pipeline management end to end. We re Chief Pipeline Officers , that next to sharing timely relevant & insightful pipeline updates, drive action in a programmatic manner & follow-up progress; ensuring accountability towards the agreed outcomes. The Sales Programs role is an instrumental role within the Sales organization and features a mix of Demand Generation planning/cross functional co-ordination & collaboration and execution based on Pipeline trending analysis and participation. The sales leadership is our key stakeholder, and as such, we re looking for a candidate with experience building strong partnerships and adding value to the sales leaders.
