Responsibilities 
• Establish professional and deep relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts 
• Leads account planning process that develops account strategy, financial targets and critical milestones 
• Lead and manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Pre-Sales Consultants, Executives, and Partners 
• Defining appropriate ERP Value Propositions and driving the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns 
• Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs so you can effectively position our ERP offerings 
• Pipeline development through a combination of phone calls, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence 
• Create and maintain a sales pipeline to hit and surpass goals within designated market sectors 
• Engage with prospect organizations to position our ERP solutions through strategic value- based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data 
• Generate short-term results whilst maintaining long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation 
• Accurate quarterly forecasting and revenue delivery 
Required Skills 
• Ability to offer unique perspective by reframing and challenging the way customers view their business; know how to structure a sales pitch to highlight customer benefits before supplier strengths 
• Adept at driving two way communication by clearly articulating value proposition
• Ability to quickly develop a deep knowledge of customer’s business and discuss issues from multiple angles 
• Understanding the decision making process and have the ability to influence key decision makers 
• Experience selling high end software solutions or consulting services to enterprise and mid-market companies 
• Ability to communicate on C-level and experience selling to senior level business owners or IT Directors is a strong asset

Maintain regular contact with developers, landlords, investors, tenants and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones. Via telephone calls, emails, letters and meetings.
Arrange and coordinate viewings with prospective buyers and tenants.
Research potential business to secure buildings, projects, developments, apartments and villas, for sale and for rent.
Keep up-to-date with the UAE real estate market and proposed developments, property laws, tenants, developers, investors, competitors and their marketing activities.
Actively seek business opportunities, properties and developments for Rania Real Estate Brokers.
Follow up with clients to ensure that contracts are finalized, payments made and that settlement occurs on the due date.

Administration
Maintain accurate files, records and databases.
Accurately complete the client contact forms, listings forms, computer forms and files and other property forms daily and ensure all property details are correctly listed in Rania Real Estate Brokers Property Management system before leaving the office at the end of each day. 
Produce reports when required to update management and clients.
Adapt Listing Contracts, Contracts of Sales and Tenancy contracts when required.


Networking
Meet and negotiate with business partners to finalize transactions.
Attend functions held by developers, landlords and other property groups.
Meet with developers and landlords to secure properties and developments for listing with Rania Real Estate Brokers.

You will need to be good at multi tasking and efficient to work under pressure. Should be calm and composed while dealing with all sort of challenges. Willing to make the extra effort to keep the client happy.
