Sales & Marketing Manager Job description: The role of the S&M Manager is to control and organize the entire sales department and to plan, propose and, once approved, implement sales and marketing strategies and activities. He is the manager responsible to meet company targets for growth and profitability, and to contribute to the executive management of the company. Key responsibilities: •Develop annual sales targets and see that these targets are met within the company’s resources. Plan and implement marketing strategy, including advertising and PR. •Plan and manage sales and marketing resources according to agreed budgets. •Present marketing policy, strategy and target projects to the MD. •Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems. •Manage relevant reporting of management and financial information for the sales and marketing department. •Select, propose and, once approved, manage external agencies and reps. •Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation via suitable PR activities and intellectual property management. •Plan and manage internal communications and awareness of corporate direction, mission, aims and activities. Improve the commercial thinking of the team. •Assist the MD in anything he may require and strictly follow his directives. Experience: •Have at least 5 years of S&M experience in the GCC construction industry •Have a proven track record of closed orders •Have immediate access to the network of developers and main contractors in the UAE Competences: •Proficient in English and Arabic •Excellent commercial skills •Analytical thinking •Creating and maintaining effective work teams, always directing them to sell •Entrepreneurial drive •Self-confident and taking responsibility
