JOB DESCRIPTION:

The sales administrative role is mainly about customer service and client management. You will work in pairs with the Key Account Manager in the Sales team. Your responsibilities will be to:

To Assist the sales team to prepare customized client’s proposal & quotations
To address clients’ questions and to support them to ensure perfect and lean execution
To secure and explain company process
To Prepare and follow up on clients’ campaign report and analysis
To Follow up on payment collection
To Keep track records of client’s activity (quotes/PO/invoices…)
To Create offers on an internal platform
To Participate in brand campaign brief and meeting outcomes
To Liaise with Designer & Operation team
To Engage with customers on specific projects
To Generate incremental sales
To prepare monthly sales results

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree marketing / International Business School
Relevant working experience in customer service (minimum 3y)
Experience in FMCG or Agency is a plus
Executive assistant mastering MS Office software (Xls, ppt),
Commercially astute and “Advertising and Promotion” sensibility
Proactive and enthusiastic
Strong sense of initiative and a “can-do” attitude
An organized and keen eye for attention to details
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Arabic is a plus
