Job Description
We are looking for a competitive Shop Assistant to help customers identify purchase products they desire. Shop assistant duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Maintain a fully stocked store
  • Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
  • Recommend and display items that match customer needs
  • Welcome and greet customers
  • Manage point-of-sale processes
  • Keep up to date with product information
  • Accurately describe product features and benefits
  • Follow all companies policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Proven working 1 year experience in Dubai
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficiency in English and Russian
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quota
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service focus
  • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
  • Basic administration skills

Job description: About Us: We as a company deal in various food products such as rice, syrups & spreads, bakery products (Wafers, Cookies, Rusk, Cream sandwiched biscuits, peanut butter, chocolate spread, basmati rice, jasmine rice, etc.).

Responsibilities: We are a company dealing in fast moving consumer good (Food Products), Sales Executive will be responsible to bring new clients, retain the existing clients and do payments collection.

Experience: Candidate should have 1 to 2 years UAE based sales experience in SUPERMARKET, & HORECA Channel. (Preference will be given to those who have food products sales experience)

Education: Bachelor (Business management will be preferred)

Computer Skill: Excel knowledge, Microsoft Word. (preferred)


UAE Valid Driving license required.
