- Create process manuals for all Grocery Store partnered with InstaShop
- Supervise service inflow
- Report directly on issue to CEO
- Provide recommendations of improvements
- Assure quality of products for deliveries
- Gather or create employee schedules per store for both morning and night shift

Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
Significant work experience in customer service or sales strongly preferred in Baby/Kids lifestyle products
Able to memorize product specifications and demonstrate use accurately
Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
Articulate and well-spoken with excellent phone and email etiquette
Command of the English language (spoken & written), bilingual is a plus
Possess UAE driving License
Male candidates preferred.
