• Must have a detailed knowledge of property, contract and agency laws relevant to buying, selling and leasing property.
• Strong understanding of Real Estate laws and provisions.
• Excellent follow up skills and result driven.
• Proven track of successful sales record.
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
