Responsibilities,

Qualifications,

PR Officer Dubai

1. Liaise with all the federal and local departments, official and non-official bodies for fulfilling the task assigned by Client Manager and Manager of the Company
2. Assist the Company’s clients with incorporation of new legal entities in Dubai and Free zones in UAE.
3. Renew, update and maintain the trade licenses and other government certificates of all company’s client legal entities in the UAE to ensure that the documents are up-to-date.
4. Provide service, support and assistance to new and existing Company’s clients on their requirements such as car registration, accommodation and legal requirements,.
5. Submit, follow up and collect all new employment and business visas for the Company’s clients to ensure that the visas are processed on a timely manner to support the business.
6. Collect and provide periodical updates from the government authorities on all Labour and immigration rules to keep the Company abreast of the changes in the rules and procedures.
7. Renew, update and maintain all employees and their dependants’ visas, labour cards, and labour contracts in a timely manner to ensure that company’s record are up-to-date in the Labour and Immigration departments.
8. Assist in resolving any issues related to company vehicle registration and renewals to ensure that PRO services are provided as and when it is required.
9. Maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all time

Summary:
The Marketing Communications Specialist will assist the Marketing Department by developing marketing and sales materials, providing public relations support.
 
Responsibilities:
• Social Marketing – all channels. This includes involvement with annual/periodic plan development, campaign planning/execution, budgeting, maintenance, content development, UGC (User Generated content) monitoring and agency management.
• Coordinate with writers, graphic artists, agencies and other departments to execute the advertising projects.
• Assist in developing public relations strategies that will influence public opinion or promote ideas, products and services.
• Responsible for monitoring trends of mobile device interactions and proposing, developing and obtaining approvals for suitable programs for marketing to make effective use of mobile communications.
• Proactively work with Product Marketing groups to support initial launch and on-going marketing of our products. Involves assisting with defining what is required with messaging and graphics, taking the lead in the development and production of required digital media produced within certain timelines and budget.
• Proactively work with the Sales and Channel Marketing groups in the development and roll-out of required materials to support dealer accounts. To also serve as a resource to sales for platform issues and resolution.
• Responsible for proposing, developing and managing approved digital marketing programs and best practices, to aid in customer awareness and acquisition. Providing assistance in any digital marketing projects as required.
• Develop and publish measurable KPIs related to company initiatives and metrics to assess success of digital programs and to inform future program decisions.
• Responsible for managing assigned budgets.  This involves timely processing of invoices, accurate monthly forecasting and variance analysis
 
Skills and Competencies:
CANDIDATE MUST ALREADY BE ABLE TO RELOCATE TO SAUDI ARABIA (MADINAH), and must have:
