We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance engineer to assess software quality through manual and automated testing in order to ensure product quality. 

In this position, you must have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational and communication skills. Critical thinking and problem solving abilities are a must, as well as skilled execution of test cases and a passion for quality.

Duties and Responsibilities
Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured strategies, test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of the produced software, and that the software meets the requirements stated by the business. 
Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities
Design and develop automated tests in any main testing framework. 
Consistently execute manual and automated test cases, and timely analyze results
Generate logs to document testing phases and defects
Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
Follow-through and conduct post-release/post-implementation testing to prevent reoccurrence of old problems and ensure efficiency of operation.
Effectively report bugs and errors to business, product, and development teams
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
Quality Assurance Requirements and Qualifications
BS/BA in computer science, engineering, IT, or related field
Proven work experience in software quality assurance
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
Experience with automated testing tools (Selenium, Cucumber, Codeception, etc.)
Competence in all technical skills needed to document and troubleshoot errors
Strong critical thinking skills, analytical mind, and problem-solving aptitude
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
High level of initiative with ability to self-managed
Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Basic knowledge of PHP and JS. Also Java, Python or Ruby is a plus.

Highly desirable also:
QA certification by recognised institution (ISTQB, ISQI, BCS/ISEB, IIST, QAI, ASQ, etc).
Experience and familiarity with test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr)
Experience with performance and/or security testing
