Job Duties and responsibilities

Responsible for picking VIP guest from Airport, hotels and dropping them to meetings.

Candidate should be attentive and available on immediate call basis at any time include weekends
Ensure vehicle is kept clean, tidy and in good working condition at all times and kept secure at all times
Ensure vehicle is given regular/day-to-day maintenance checks: check oil, water, battery, brakes, tyres.
Must ensure companys vehicle is in proper and safe condition prior to use, and accept responsibility to report any damage or mechanical malfunctions that exist.
Ensure vehicle repairs and regular services are carried out properly by official manufacturers specifications.
Be punctual and be at least 15 minutes to the designated time and place.
Display a good behavior, excellent manners and helping attitude.
Maintain strict confidentiality on all conversations and information heard during transport assignments.
Good communications skills with professionalism
