• Integration of Maintenance work, repair or construction job’s and process modification in campaign mode.

• Critical path identification, management and progress follow up.

• Identification and follow up of mandatory milestone’s for campaign start up.

• Scheduling and management of necessary resources.

• Interface between intervening entities, coordination department and top management through weekly and monthly report.

• Offshore planning responsible for topside, subsea and major shutdown of FPSO “GIRASSOL”.

• Interface, management and progress follow up for the whole entities (Production, Maintenance, Inspection, Marine, Construction).

• Interface between two projects (GRP&GirRI), with site in production, management of site priorities in SIMOPS mode.

• Management of Personals On Board (POB) as per HSE requirement and evacuation responsible of site

Makes independent decisions within broad limitations established by Upstream Director but refers major issues to Senior Management. • Work accomplishments are subject to managerial review. • Plans, directs and provides general supervision over the activities of assigned personnel in the Drilling Department, (ii) Performs supervisory functions and exercises financial authority at the Departmental level as established by Upstream Director. • Directs the preparation of and submits the Department\\\'s budget for Management\\\'s approval, Controls expenditure and ensures that the variances between approved budget and actual expenditure are properly justified. • Drilling Operations and Engineering Activities: (i) Plans and directs all drilling, well completion and workover operations. (ii) Ensures that all operations have been thoroughly researched, engineered, programmed and implemented in a safe, efficient manner and in compliance with the prescribed requirements of the Technical Group. (iii) Directs the preparation of mud & cement programmes for drilling workover and exploration operations and the availability of the required materials.

Evaluate performance of new well vs. forecast and potential

- Liase with charterers to ensure smooth operations, avoid supply disruption and minimize demurrage costs

- Pro-actively support traders/charterers by flagging potential problems and actively seeking to eliminate them 


Requirements :

- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Degree in Business, Economics or Refining Engineering
- Experience in oil/petrol trading industry
