We are offered 67 K USD per year, tax free plus bonuses, This position is an integral part of the Production Team, ensuring that all activities carried out at the site are compliant with legislative requirements.
You will participate in the development and implementation of national safety initiatives as well as facilitate and conduct regular audits incorporating systems and behaviors.
You will also be responsible for co-ordinating the reporting of all incidents and injuries as well as liasing with the Safety Management Coordinator on more complex accident/incident investigations.
In order to be successful in this role, it is a requirement that you have:
Comprehensive technical and professional knowledge of OH&S gained through a manufacturing experience. Effective communication skills with the ability to influence the behavior of operators and managers, whilst maintaining an approachable nature. An ability to work flexibly without direction Excellent organisation and time management skills
