As a CNC Machinist , you will be responsible for: • Manufacturing and reworking parts from start to finish in a timely manner, according to Baker Oil Tools specifications. • Reading and understanding Engineering machine drawings, Process charts, check sheets and work-related documents. • Performing CNC operations like, set appropriate CNC Mazatrol programme , Tools & job setting, Turning, BoringDrilling, Thread cutting, Milling, usage of appropriate special gauges and measuring instruments. Operating within standard operating procedure and adhering to safety practices. • Checking manufactured parts for accuracy according to QAS procedures. • Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, sequence of operations and setup requirements. • Conducting thorough housekeeping of machinery and work area. • Performing daily maintenance of machinery; start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and adjust machine controls as required. • Moving parts to and from assigned workstations. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: • Have High School Diploma or equivalent. • Have minimum three years CNC (Mazak Machines) machine operation experience • Have exposure to selecting, aligning and securing holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines such as mills, lathes,& Honing machines • Have ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Skill Set required:

Good knowledge on SAP PM Configurations & SAP Implementation experience
Has participated in SAP Plant Maintenance business definition for at least 2 full project life cycle implementations.
A minimum of 2 years of SAP Plant Maintenance configuration experience and understanding of Enterprise Asset Management, corrective and preventative maintenance, integration with other modules
Test and deliver SAP solutions based on Plant Maintenance
Should have industry background preferably from MRO (Maintenance repair overhaul) background.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Additional Knowledge and Experience in SAP Project Systems or Quality Management Module is big advantage.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements :

- Must be able to perform in-line quality check & visual check on all 1pc/bundle retain sample, random crease stiffness/ colour spectrometer checking on sample during production run and to advise if there are any quality issues

- Must be able to use lab equipment such as Spectro densitometer, rub test, heat seal, slip test, crease test & micrometer specifically for Tobacco packaging printing Quality checks

- Able to spot deviation or non-compliance with quality standard and highlight immediately to superiors and production manager

- Must be able to ensure all QA/QC on- hold WIPs or products are identified clearly with action required stated

- Must have experience in preparing Master Samples & Certificate of Analysis (COA) for required product deliveries

- At least 6 years relevant working in QA/QC in Manufacturing industry (preferable printing)

- Must be able to prepare colour tolerance folders & design folders requested by customer per deadline required and to inspect, compile, housekeep & preserve retain samples for QA/QC after every job
