Your responsibilities
In this position you are responsible for the creation and development of new plastic packaging designs and drawings.
This includes the following tasks:
• Using CAD equipment to prepare 3D CAD models including technical drawings, assembly drawings, proposal drawings & sketches
• Preparing of bottle designs with 3D CAD software under consideration of technical feasibility, design aspects and customer specification requirements
• Completion of 2D technical drawings including all relevant dimensions and tolerances
• Interacting internally with global packaging managers and process experts and externally with clients to create technically feasible designs
• Conduction of design meetings with customers
Your competencies and qualifications
• Three or more years of experience in design
• Proficient in 3D CAD Systems, Siemens Unigraphics NX preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently in a global team environment with input from a variety of sources including customer, project engineers and process experts
• Meticulous attention to detail and committed to superior quality results
• Ability to read, analyse and interpret the most complex documents

HVAC Technician

The jobholder will be primarily responsible for periodic preventive maintenance schedule for HVAC unit, troubleshooting & repair of centralized air conditioning units, including chillers and air handling units.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Should able to work independently and eagerness to lean more.
• Strong knowledge in HVAC especially in AC- Central Plant & basic operation of BMS system.
• Should have skills in repairing and maintenance for HVAC system installed at luxurious villas, high raise bldg, hotel, commercial Bldg or Banks.
• Basic knowledge of electrical is essential
• Skills in installation works for A/C equipments Central Plant, AHU’s Package Plant, FCU, Ductable Split unit, heavy pumps and pipe connections etc.
• Execute the Preventive Maintenance procedures.
• Keep a watch on the functional condition of the pump/motor and filter system.
• Report to the superior on identification of any fault at the system.
• Work experience in capacity as A/c Technician /similar operation is essential.
• Should be familiar with tools and equipment as per the trade e.g. such as manometer, manifold gauge, oxy-acetylene outfit, vacuum pump, Tog testers, Multi meter & etc.
• Any other duties as allocated.

 A Leading Paper converting and Packaging industry in UAE is looking for experienced Bag Machine Operator

Job responsibilities:

Setup and operate bag machine(s) and support equipment
Read and verify line orders/dockets
Understand printing job requirements by the specifications.
Set up the bag line by loading the film and adjusting for size.
Troubleshoot stoppages and breakdowns.
Complete daily production paperwork.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Regularly inspect bags for defects. Check for proper folding and print.
Remove and replace all bags not meeting quality standards.
Perform minor machine maintenance. Clean and oil machine, clean ink pans and printers, and change print plates as needed.
Qualifications:

3 - 5 years experience in operating Semi-Automatic and Automatic machine for bags with and without a handle.
Knowledge of mechanical and other settings, troubleshooting on a machine.
Should be able to train a Junior Operator on machine
