The Company an international facilities, maintenance and cleaning contractor with a large presence in Dubai and Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates. The company has an excellent reputation for providing high quality services to international clients and employs over 1600 staff of all differing nationalities.

The company has recently been awarded a new contract with the government of Abu Dhabi to provide cleaning and maintenance services at a number of schools in the Emirate. As a result, we urgently need to recruit competent and experienced managers.

Job description: We are looking to recruit for a Inventory/Cost Controller to join our F&B Company based in Dubai, UAE. This person will be responsible for maintaining for inventory cost for the restaurants, sub ledger transactions, dealing with raw materials / ingredients and packaging costs, provide support to restaurant staff on accounting issues. The ideal candidate must have at least 3-5 years of costing experience within F&B industry and with Accounting / Finance Degree. You must possess excellent all round communication skills, have the ability to work to tight deadlines and have worked in a Cost Accounting role previously.

Operations Manager Dubai

Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the business and all stores in all locations, including, but not limited to, identifying any and all issues related to human resources, accounting, inventory, purchasing, and operations
• Responsible for following up with the appropriate entities regarding identified issues, until the issue is resolved
