    We are looking for a dynamic, organized, self-starter to join our Human Resources department as an “HR Manager” located in Dubai, UAE. 

    The HR Manager role is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides Human Resources support and acts as a liaison between our offices. The role is critical in implementing HR systems and policies in our Dubai Office, handling employee contracts & documentation, dealing with government & semi-government offices and handling other related HR matters.

    The ideal candidate must have strong communication and multi-tasking skills. Should be bilingual (English & Arabic) and be fluent in written and oral correspondence.

    This leading non-for-profit organisation has a number of sites and now has an opportunity for an HR professional to oversee the HR and Payroll function.
     
    Your role as the HR Officer will see you working with management to provide an efficient day to day support and advice service.  Your energy and passion will assist in the communication and promotion of human resource programs and you will effectively manage and lead the payroll function of three staff.  As a true generalist your focus will include performance management, recruitment & selection, payroll, remuneration and benefits administration, award and agreement interpretations, workers compensation and work place health and safety.
     
    To be successful in this role you will have a pro-active attitude, coupled with a solid HR background and experience of handling workers compensation claims. You will have effectively supervised staff and have experience in dealing with difficult situations.  The ability to interface and build relationships with personnel at all levels will be imperative.

    documentation in a timely manner and to ensure that all required documents, including reference verification forms,
    medical report etc are submitted prior to joining.
