Senior Recruitment Consultantn Dubai
Job Description:
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the Senior Recruitment Consultant will work as part of the dynamic and multinational Recruitment team, and ultimately build a business unit within the Recruitment Division, with the responsibility of prospecting and account-managing a select number of new and existing key multinational and large regional accounts across our emerging market operations with a focus on permanent/interim/contract recruitment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Build and manage an permanent/interim/contract consulting desk and ultimately build your own business unit within the Recruitment Division
Build and manage a market research service for prospective new clients
Network to identify new business opportunities through utilising our strong network and market experience
Have an active Client facing role, whilst managing specific Key Accounts
Formulate and manage international recruitment assignments, specifically working on mid-career to senior level opportunities
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams as well as Regional Team Leaders, to develop and implement relevant attraction plans for specific regions and/or industries
Ensure each recruitment assignment is delivered to budget and to Client expectation
Effectively demonstrate “best practices” and promote brand awareness
Communicate business pipeline to Managing Director and Recruitment Manager
Build and manage a team of Consultants and Recruiters whilst supporting and mentoring less experienced members of the team
Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets

Person Specification:
Degree qualified – a HR related degree or professional qualification is considered beneficial
Extensive knowledge of the Oil & Gas, Energy, Financial Services, Manufacturing, FMCG or Mining/Minerals/Extraction industries, especially across the emerging markets will be a distinct advantage
Extensive recruitment/account management experience, preferably with international exposure
Fluency in English a pre-requisite. An additional language is considered beneficial

Overall role:
The HEB assumes all day to day responsibilities for the running of the Employee Benefits Department and works with and reports to the Managing Director to implement the agreed strategies.
Key Accountabilities
Corporate Governance
Protect and enhance the company's reputation and brand value through developing clear strategies, thorough risk assessment and effective management at all levels.
Strategic Management
Contribute to the shared Operations development of corporate strategy, business objectives and implementation plans. Interpret objectives in financial terms.
Operational Management
Ensure that organisation, structure (including the IT systems) and processes support business performance in the Employee Benefits (EB) Department. Provide and evaluate management information to monitor business performance of the Department as a whole and individual members of the Department.
Business Risk Management
Ensure that business and operational risk identification, assessment and interpretation is undertaken regularly. Develop and maintain business contingency/disaster plans.
Strategic Capability
Recommend service optimisation, structure and organisational change to develop and enhance the company's capabilities, competence and competiveness in the Employee Benefits classes of Insurance.
People Management
Ensure that the roles, responsibilities and reporting lines within the EB Department are clearly communicated, and understood. Ensure that capability and competence is maintained.

HR and Admin Manager - Dubai
Manage and oversee the HR & Administration Department. Specifically this includes ensuring good recruitment, retention and training of staff; maximizing the productivity of the organization through efficient and effective administration; managing personnel issues including discipline matters and providing clear, ethical advice to the Senior Management Team and managers on staffing and administrative issues.
Major Responsibilities
- Provide Human Resources Leadership and Management
- Lead the identification and development of improved recruitment and retention approaches
- Oversee staff development
- Oversee the administration and also coordination with program-based Admin Staff
Education:
- Bachelors Degree in HR Management
Knowledge/Skills:
