Job Responsibilities
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Lead and manage the F&B Outlet team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed
• Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally
• Maximize revenues by communicating regularly with the Food and Beverage teams to implement agreed-upon strategies, practices and promotions
• Creating and executing plans for department sales, profit and staff development, scheduling shifts
• Have full knowledge of the menu
• Manage the departmental budget
• Recruiting, training and motivating staff

Job Requirements
• Arabic Language is a must
• Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Hotel Management
• Has a restaurant management experience of at least 2 years
• Good communications skills and can lead by example.
• Can work in fast paced environment and has a good understanding of all aspects of restaurant. 
• Has a good knowledge of Municipality audits and food safety.
• Should be a team player and can engage with customers effectively.
