Requirements:

- 1-2 years previous experience in a similar position

- Knowledge in cashiering procedures

The Concierge Executive will work closely with the Concierge Manager
• Needs extensive knowledge of the organization in order to perform his/her tasks
appropriately
• He/she must understand the organization’s aims and objectives and breathe the
company culture
• Deputizing for the Concierge Manager
• Research of service providers according to the customers feedback
• The Concierge agent must provide direct management with daily reports of status and
updates
• He/she must answer phone calls and emails with customer requests
• The applicant has the responsibility to follow up after the purchases of services. Follow
up with suppliers and partners, and reconfirming with customers
• Updating and maintaining schedules and calendars
• Carrying out background research and presenting findings
• Producing documents, reports and presentations
• Liaising with suppliers and other staff
• Involvement in the decision-making process but shall not make a decision without
informing the Concierge Manager
• Probation period of 6 months

• The applicant must be a young, dynamic, with the ability to think outside the box, • Western educated,

• Bilingual at least, with fluency in english, arabic is not required but it is a plus

Responsibilities 
Coordinate daily Front of the House restaurant operations 
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction 
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints 
Regularly review product quality and production of Bakery items 
Organize and supervise shifts 
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity 
Estimate future needs for goods, Bar utensils and cleaning products 
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations 
Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it 
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste 
Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses 
Manage daily, weekly delivery/ takeaway orders through emails, various communication as per the client requirements 
Manage events/ catering business beside floor operations 
Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events 
Recommend new bakery products to customers and upsell them with the team 
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices 
Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations as per the SOP 
Update Unit performance, daily business and directly reports to the operations manager
Requirements 
Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant floor Manager FOH, Hospitality Manager or similar role 
Proven customer service experience as a manager
Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
Familiarity with restaurant management software, like POS management, MICROS
