Summary of Position

Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Each Team Leader’s primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return again and again and above all to lead the servers whilst on their shift.

Duties & Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests. Make all our guests feel comfortable and let them know you’re there to personally take care of them.
Inform guests of specials and menu changes.
Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our point-of-sale system which relays orders to the kitchen and bar.
Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter.
Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.
To ensure that the cleanliness and organisation of your team are within the management guidelines
Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change (if applicable).
Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers as situations arise.
Train new waiting staff
Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.

Qualifications
Between 20 to 30 years of age.
Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
Possess suitable communications skills to create a positive interaction experience with our customers.
Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds.

As a Laundry Supervisor you are responsible to ensure that laundry service, required by our client is met on time and with the highest possible standards, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as: 

•Assist Laundry Manager in enforcing policies, procedures, rules and regulations
• •Supervise and monitor the performance of the laundry employees in order to maintain established standards and provide efficient service to the customers.
•Responsible for proper handling of linen, uniforms, guest laundry and outlet laundry and establish standards and procedures to ascertain quality of work performed  
•Follow up with engineering department on preventive maintenance and repair orders 
•Check daily production according to priorities and assist in the activities of the maker 
•Counter checks that all items processed are spotlessly clean as per hotel standards and guest satisfaction 
•Ensure that laundry employees are knowledgeable about the Laundry operations and its facilities. 
• Must have knowledge of washing and pressing methods on Steam and Hand Pressing Machines and Tables, to train the new employees.
• Handle all the complaints and issues of clients and customers and assist and solve them with the most adequate available time and report it to the higher management. 
• The knowledge of washing formulas for bulk wash is a must. 
• Daily Laundry Supplies/Usage Report Submission. 
• Must have knowledge of Commercial Laundry Machines and their operations. Must have knowledge of Chemicals being used in the commercial laundry industries. 
• Should affectively and routinely update the technical and maintenance team of any issues

Brief General Job Description
To take full responsibility for the running of cold kitchen.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 
Duties include but are not limited to: 

•    To ensure that all stocks are kept under optimum conditions.
•    To ensure that all mise-en-place is always freshly prepared and on time.
•    To ensure that all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipe and to the correct quantity.
•    To ensure that all dishes reach the hot plate or passé correctly garnished, the correct portion and size, presented on the prescribed serving dish in the prescribed manner.
•    To ensure that his section is being kept clean and tidy at all times.
•    To ensure that junior cooks and trainees receive the right training and optimum guidance.
•    To ensure that any anticipated shortages are communicated promptly to the sous chef or head chef.
•    To ensure that no horseplay is allowed in his section and that all staff under his control are treated fairly and with courtesy.
•    To deputies in the Sous chef's absence and take charge of the kitchen when directed to do so.
•    To attend training courses and seminars as and when required.
•    To maintain high standard of food safety and food hygiene at all times.
•     Perform any other duties deemed reasonable by Management.
