• Handle all claims related enquiries
• Follow-up on TAT for claims reimbursements
• Auditing rejected claims to identify eligibility and completeness of claim file
• Assisting in pre-approval requests coordinating with healthcare providers and insurer to deliver timely
• Negotiating with the insurer to recover out of policy claims known as ex-gratia
• Monitor the relationship throughout the year and initiating visits to key clients on quarterly basis or whenever required
Candidates must be a qualified doctor working in Claims.

Should have worked for any Insurance company in UAE.
