This is a full-time position and includes shift work with excellent flexibility in shift rostering. You will be dealing with insurance policy holders from around the world in getting the best medical treatment outcomes for them or their family members.

This is an office based role, where you will have:
- An excellent phone manner
- Work well in a busy environment
- Have at least 30-45 wpm typing skills
Ideal role for a highly experienced RN who loves the adrenalin rush of Emergency but wants new challenges with a progressive company who respects your knowledge.
Working with a highly experienced team of other Registered Nurses and Medical Practitioners on site to assist and support, 12 hour shifts may be offered for the right person at the end of your probation period.
