Team Psychologist Dubai

 

• Treating patients as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside ABA & RBT Therapists a Developmental Pediatricians, and Teachers.
• Working with Schools in the UAE to provide recommendations to parents and school administrators regarding the client's’ needs based on results of assessments.
• Attending clinic meetings, workshops, conferences, and training seminars as required.
• Presentations for conferences and Center related functions to create awareness in the community.
• Carrying out responsibilities with the highest professional ethical standards and sensitivity to multicultural differences.
• Administering, scoring and interpreting standardized measures, and writing comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessment reports.
• Providing direct therapy based on the individual needs of clients, working within the scope of the Psychologists training and expertise.
• Be willing to learn and use the center's working platforms e.g. sales force, proprietary automation, Google drive, Zoho

 As per Dubai Health Authority degree requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (3 years program) and a
• Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology (2 years program)
• Recent 2 years experience as a Clinical Psychologist (Post completion of Master's Degree)
• A valid license registration from the country of employment.
• Good standing certificate from the last employer.
• Subject to passing the DHA assessment test and approval (4 to 6 weeks)

Pay:

Alternative 1: Basic AED 14,000 per month; Plus Visa, professional license, We pay for your medical and statutory insurances, 20% transport allowance, 5% phone allowance, annual return ticket. 30% fee for each patient seen by you will also be paid to you. Or

Alternative 2: You rent a room in the clinic at AED. 15,000 per month; All fees you collect from your patients are yours. You can also set your fee rates subject to clinic approval. We pay for your medical and statutory insurances, Visa & Professional License. Employment contract.

Alternative 3: Whatever revenue you bring in is split 50:50 with the clinic. You set your own rates subject to clinic approval. Payment for your medical and statutory insurances, Visa & Professional License is deducted from your earnings. Employment contract.

Duties/ Requirements:
