Job description: Our company is hiring a registered nurse to provide first aid treatment in case of injury to our clients in particular to children who come to play in the park. You must be outgoing, fun, friendly, hardworking and enthusiastic with lots of positive energy and with a big personality who loves to work with the children as well as adults. To ensure success, you should possess excellent knowledge and skill in emergency healthcare-related issues in the workplace.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides first aid treatment to clients/children suffering from minor injuries, burns, cuts, bruises and abrasions
Provides stabilization, resuscitation and other life support / First aid measures for injuries and illnesses
Ensures proper care of casualties and establishes procedures to be followed in the event of serious injuries such as a means of obtaining prompt medical and ambulance services
Monitor inventory of supplies needed for the company's first aid room
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned/or requested by the management including operation of point of sale, answer phones, accurately take phone reservations and payment, court monitor, cafe
Work hard to maintain and promote a positive work environment
Be flexible and work days, nights, weekends and holidays as and when necessary
Have the ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
KEY SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Registered Nurse – Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Proven experience as a registered nurse
Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
Excellent knowledge of emergency care
In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures
