We are seeking a Production and Maintenance Engineer with solid exp in rolling stock maintenance in order to be our interface between your assigned rolling stock area and the Chief of maintenance, you will be part of one of the main rolling stock companies in Saudi Arabia which is leading several large scale railway projects.
Main Duties
• Supervision of the Warranty and Maintenance technicians .
• Manage and organize the technicians and the personnel under him/her.
• Allocate and manage resources to meet the daily production plan.
• Manage operational safety issues on a daily basis.
• Provide guidance and coaching for team members on technical and operational issues.
• Supervise depot operations in designated áreas.
• Ensure maintenance is undertaken in accordance with the maintenance plan.
• Assist with the provision of technical support at incidents off depot.
• Carry out work place inspections.
• Resolve staff issues or escalate them to the line manager, where appropriate.
• Enter all data into the MMS (Maintenance Management System).
• Leading a team to maintain the rolling stock. . 
• Intermediary between the client and the organisation on operational issues.



REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE
• At least 3 Yrs exp related with Maintenance of rolling stock, trains manufacture, and maintenance tools or equipments railway.
• English and Arabic languages are mandatory.
• Education: Industrial Engineer . 
• Experience to complete all records of actions and operations accurately and to procedures and Required knowledge of the organisation and application of maintenance Rolling stock activities. 
• Saudi National is perfered.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Industrial)Minimum experience.
1.5 years of experience within the field of Production with at least 3 years of experience in an executive managerial position in a manufacturing environment.
2.Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience managing a team of 100+ employees
3. Knowledge of Lean Tools and track record of implementation and development
4. Experience of precision engineered manufacture and special processes within a precision manufacturing environment
5. ERP operation experience within a manufacturing environment.
6. Knowledge of AS9100, APIQ1, TS16949 an advantage.Duties and Responsibilities:• Provide production management to achieve time, cost and quality objectives.
• Ensure smooth interface and team cooperation with engineering, planning, purchasing and finance departments.
• Maintain full tractability of documents related to production activities.
• Review and manage the planned and actual times for production and seek method improvements to reduce cycle times and improve flow.

● University degree in Engineering
● Working knowledge of plans, prints, specifications and schematics associated with trade
● 5 years of construction experience with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing
construction procedures and practices

PURPOSE
● To ensure that the highest quality of mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction work are in
accordance with project specific cost and schedule requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Achieve a detailed understanding of the Contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing
plans, MEP systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule.
● Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between MEP Subcontractors during construction.
● Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions.
● Prepaired BOQ
● Log and post all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings.
● Assist in the scope review, budgeting and justification of MEP change work order.
● Assist in the installation of MEP work.
● Direct, monitor and control the activities of MEP Subcontractor.
● Coordination and administration of MEP related materials, systems and shop drawings submittals.
● Liaison with Consultant MEP supervisory Engineers, Inspectors and relevant staff.
● Ensure that MEP Subcontractors provides and adheres to relevant Quality documentation/records.
● Ensure that MEP Subcontractors adheres to Project safety regulations.
● Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment.

INTERNAL / EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
● Internally with Project Management Team
● Externally with Client / Consultant's Representatives
