Your role will see you working heavily on a variety of residential road, major roads and storm water drainage design and drafting, Car park designs, roundabouts through to bulk earthworks.

Ideally, our client is looking for candidates who possess:

• 3-5 years design experience using 12D and AutoCAD.
• Additional software experience utilising DRAIN would also be an advantage.
• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering Design
• Clear and concise verbal communication and presentations skills

• 8 to 10 years exp. In a MEP contracting company in Gulf, out of which minimum 3 years worked as a MEP Project Manager in UAE.
• Prepare Project scheduling, allocation of works to various teams, labour groups & subcontractors and conduct daily, weekly meetings with staff, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor the works across all sites and execute as per approved method statement, drawings and as per main contractor’s requirement.
• Make quality and safety plan and ensure implementation of that.
• Follow up of final certificate & subsequent payments from Main Contractor / Consultant.

Coordinate between design, procurement, contracts, estimation and site installation
Insure handover of project within time, quality and cost proposed and give viewpoints
Reflect a good and refutable image of the company and insure all site in-charge to follow the standards
Implement safety precautions on site and develop healthy atmosphere
Follow-up with deliverables of labor and report the activities in a regular basis to Project manager
