Job description:

Develop, draft, analyze, negotiate, and gain necessary approval for assigned contracts in accordance with governing laws and regulations,

Perform financial modeling and ongoing contract financial performance assessment.
Ensure timely execution of contract implementation activities including communication of negotiated terms and conditions to appropriate persons throughout the organization.
Monitor contract performance, identifying and recommending opportunities for improvement.
Ensure all contract data and information is appropriately entered into relevant systems/databases.
Respond to internal and external stakeholder questions, inquiries, requests for clarification, etc. regarding contract terms and conditions.
Coordinate formal dispute initiatives as needed.
Participate in or lead cross-functional or other project teams as assigned

Experience:

Job description: • Preparing tenders, BoQs, negotiating costs and managing supplier contracts.
• Calculate direct material cost based on 3D renderings and drawings produced by the design department.
• Source suppliers and manage supplier portfolio, including raw materials, finishes, furniture and other stand elements
• Preparing tenders and communication with suppliers
• Provide detailed estimate for different projects ranging from custom made products to tender projects
• Attend client technical meetings to understand their actual requirement in order to provide an accurate estimate

We are looking for a responsible Safety Officer to facilitate compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines. You will provide advice on measures to minimize hazards or unhealthy situations. You will also be on a constant lookout for violations.

•Support the development of OHS policies and programs

•Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment)

•Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management

Requirements:
•Proven experience as safety officer in UAE. Ideally in Oil and Gas sector.
•In depth knowledge of legislation (e.g. OSHA/EPA) and procedures. 
•Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices
•Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety
•Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics
•Proficient in MS Office; Working knowledge of safety management information systems is a plus
•Outstanding organizational skills
•Diligent with great attention to detail
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics
•BSc/BA in safety management, engineering or relevant field is preferred.
•Certificate in occupational health and safety. NEBOSH Certified.
