Weekly Cost reports, Programme Updates, Procurement Schedules, Sub-Contractors compliance and Processing Payments are also a major part of this role.

To be considered for this role you will be required to have;

• Relevant Construction Degree qualifications.
• Around 2 years experience in a Contract Administration role ideally working on Insurance, Maintenance or Residential renovation projects.
• Excellent skills within Cost Analysis, Budgeting, Reporting and Negotiating with suppliers.
• A working knowledge of Estimating and Programming software such as Buildsoft, MS Project or similar programmes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

My client is a leading and award winning Residential Developer. The company designs and constructs large –scale apartments, multi-unit developments and residential estates throughout QATAR.

A position has opened up for an experienced Design Manager to focus within the residential sector of the company. The role will be based out of the office. The Residential department is currently working on a number of large scale apartment developments in Melbourne. Responsibilities will include design input and ongoing liaison with external Architects, liaison with the building team and ensuring project stages are completed to set deadlines. In addition the role will involve management of the documentation process ensuring that the design integrity is carried through.

To be considered for this position you will have previous experience working for a Builder / Developer ideally on large-scale high profile residential developments. You will be a qualified Architect and have a thorough knowledge of architectural design and documentation. Above all you will have an excellent work ethic and confidence is dealing with Architects, Builders and Consultants.
