• Design and layout with complete elevation, detail and section of plans.

• Checking of Quantities for Tender BOQ from the client.

• Responsible for the supervision as per site condition.

• Drafts Detailed Multi View Drawing of Projects at the site.

• Directly plans revised into coordination with the Project Manager & Engineers on site regarding drawing Conforming to the standards and specification specified on the drawing as well as client.

• Project updating base on the revision as per status noted. Responsible for the Final As-built.

Pre-Construction stages, coordinate permit, following up with subcontractors bid proposals, pre-qualification forms, and other required information.
Solicitation of bids/proposals from sub-contractors.
Support the estimating team on bid day or as required.

Qualifications
2 years construction administrative experience a plus.
Strong knowledge of blue prints and an ability to read them in detail.
