Looking for a Project Manager with experience in fashion, design and manufacturing to assist with the launch of a new exciting product in the UAE. 1 - Needs to be fashion conscious - identify fashion trends 2 - Needs to understand and be experienced in the clothing design and manufacturing process 3 - Needs to be confident dealing with and managing suppliers related to clothing design and manufacture 4 - Needs to understand the Dubai market, including materials that are available 5 - Needs to be confident dealing with manufacturers in Asia - specifically the Chinese market. Experience with China a big advantage. 6 - Needs to ensure production standards are met and that the output is to the criteria we specify 7 - Needs to manage the supply chain for the production and delivery of the product which will include sourcing and working with logistics companies who can manage international shipments and delivery to the end client. 8 - Needs to manage the process for smaller domestic deliveries including sourcing preferred suppliers In summary, we need someone with initiative who can take charge and move this project forward. We need someone experienced who can assist us in making the right decisions. We will agree milestones for the project and pay according to milestones achieved. Needs to be based in Dubai.

PLC Contracting L.L.C is looking for a Land Surveyor according to the following details: (preferably based in Dubai).

Job Profile:
Make exact measurements based on established Survey Procedures and Quality Assurance and ensure the Projects requirements either at the site or in the office at met accurately and timely. Provide survey data relevant to the shape, contour, position, elevation and dimension of project features. Assisting the Construction Team with the line of works such as mapmaking, site activities’ observation, data updating and other purposes for setting out of infrastructure, earthworks and marine construction activities.

Minimum Qualifications:
University degree/ Diploma in Surveying (for Civil) field.
Fluent speaking of English.

Minimum Experience:
Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience in Surveying (for Civil) / Construction field.

Analyze project feedback and enhancement requests; ensure business goals are met with heavy focus on UX, quality and timely execution

Track project status and supervise the development/coding progress on a regular basis; ensure the quality of the work completed
