Job Description:

Working alongside the UAE Country Manager and key partners, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of Talents UAE projects through:

Responsibilities
● Ensuring successful delivery of projects from initiation to completion for one to multiple projects (up to six projects) simultaneously
● Preparing detailed project plans for all phases of each project
● Ensuring that projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards whilst supporting Project Managers to manage deliverables with teams and stakeholders
● Developing and delivering progress reports, required documentation and presentations to the UAE Country Manager, project teams and Senior Leadership team as required
● Managing project changes, risks and issues, demonstrating how solutions will address client goals whilst maintaining company best practices  
● Managing internal quality control on all projects 
● Keeping abreast of professional development of emerging technologies, methods and practices
● Working closely with the UAE Country Manager building upon Talents UAE projects identifying new ways to add value for existing and new clients, and maximise opportunities for client retention
● Representing Talents UAE to the highest standards ensuring courteous and timely communications at all times.
● Adhering to all memorandum of understanding and NDA agreements with partners
● Compiling Case Studies of active projects to share with Business Development function of the company 

Project & Line Management
● Overseeing the recruitment, selection, training and operations of project teams
● Liaising with HR as required
● Leading, motivating and inspiring project teams, setting the standard for the ‘ways things are done’ 
● Monitoring staff performance, deliver performance reviews and awareness of staff development opportunities
● Ensuring staff resource is accurately and consistently recorded across all project staff for each project, and tracking that each project is delivered profitably, within original staff resource budgets agreed
● Forecasting and anticipate needs, wants and concerns from staff
