Check site conditions for suitability prior to construction.
Coordinating with main office to ensure all correspondence have been forwarded and recorded in timely manner.
Read and interpret maps, diagrams, plans, contracts and specifications .experienced in commercial kitchen is preferable .
Should be able to communicate on site and office in verbal and written formation and in report shape.
Should be able to inspect site with following layouts like electrical, drainage, water, Gas & wall dimensions,

Job description: Project Secretary:
• Maintaining project related correspondence in both hard and soft copies for ready reference by concerned project personnel.
• Provide administrative and secretarial support as required by project team members such as document scanning, faxing, and email correspondence.
• Manage all files and records related to the office in good order, to be able to retrieve information when needed (both paper and electronic).
• Setting up project document procedure for new jobs.
• Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the Business Unit.
