Job Profile:
Make exact measurements based on established Survey Procedures and Quality Assurance and ensure the Projects requirements either at the site or in the office at met accurately and timely. Provide survey data relevant to the shape, contour, position, elevation and dimension of project features. Assisting the Construction Team with the line of works such as mapmaking, site activities’ observation, data updating and other purposes for setting out of infrastructure, earthworks and marine construction activities.

Minimum Qualifications:
University degree/ Diploma in Surveying (for Civil) field.
Fluent speaking of English.

Minimum Experience:
Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience in Surveying (for Civil) / Construction field.

Job description 
Adhere to a schedule, compile and finalize projects, and meet designated deadlines.
Must be familiar with construction plan reading / Attention to detail.
Identifying and selecting highly qualified subcontractors; requesting and reviewing required submittals; addressing and responding to RFI's; reviewing and communicating plan changes; and obtaining additional estimates and pricing.
Managing several bidding projects simultaneously and effectively.
Contact vendors and sub-contractors.
Pre-Construction stages, coordinate permit, following up with subcontractors bid proposals, pre-qualification forms, and other required information.
Solicitation of bids/proposals from sub-contractors.
Support the estimating team on bid day or as required.
Maintain bid package docs; scope of work, plans, etc.
Various other duties as needed

Qualifications
2 years construction administrative experience a plus.
Strong knowledge of blue prints and an ability to read them in detail.
Fluent with Microsoft Office -Word, and Excel.
Must be able to build Excel spreadsheets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and maintain balance among multiple tasks.
Organized and detail oriented.
