In the role as Design Manager you will manage a team of Project Designers and the overall Design Team and will ensure contribution to the timely delivery of a high quality project. As Design Manager you will be responsible for:  Design development to budget at the tender and post tender phase;  The engagement and management of necessary consultants; The coordination of information between design and construction teams; Initiate the necessary changes to design of the project.
To be considered for this role you will be degree qualified in a Design or Construction based discipline and offer over 10 years Construction experience on project valued above $50M. You will be a dedicated and motivated individual offering a stable work history with mid to top tier contractors.
