Interior designer Dubai

We are looking for a creative Interior Designer to undertake a variety of space designing projects. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with the customers to managing and executing the design.

3 years+ Experience is a must

Responsibilities

Undertake design project from concept to completion
Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors
Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices .
Requirements

Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)

Candidate will be responsible for the design of kitchens for company showrooms, retail customers and layouts, Quick and impressive design presentations+drawings with the use of applicable software, organize the design plan and budget estimate, ensure that layouts and design plans are prepared in accordance to customer requirements and specifications, process orders to company factories in Europe. Visit Site as required and make Installation/MEP drawings. 

Coordinate with Installation team for timely and accurate installation. Successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, have 2-4 years kitchen design experience, strong drawing and software knowledge of Auto CAD, Photshop and Sketch Up, Kitchen design software such as Winner, Carat, Metron etc.

Drafter Dubai

The Draftsman will be involved in developing detailed drawings of PV system components for construction & installation and assist engineering team with solar PV system design.
He/she will create and edit photovoltaic (PV) module layouts and other documentation necessary for bidding on projects and deploying systems.

Responsibilities and Duties

Create PV Plant layouts, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), and Detailed engineering drawings using AutoCAD
(Optional) Create photo realistic 3D renderings and animation using 3Ds Max, Lumion, Sketchup, etc...
(Optional) Assist in Graphic designing using Photoshop, In Design, After Effects, Illustrator
Have high attention to detail and professional quality drafting skills
Effectively communicate with engineering and construction teams
Meet deadlines, manage and organize workload accordingly

Qualifications and Skills

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related fields
Good conceptualization skills. He/she should be able to read and interpret construction plans
Experience with 3D rendering software such as 3Ds Max, Lumion, Rhino, Sketchup, etc…
Preferably have experience with animation tools such as Autodesk Maya, Lightwave 3d, Premier Pro, Cinema 4D
Knowledge in graphic design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Indesign
Ideally have experience on a large scale renewable energy project
Proficient use of MS Office and other computer-based applications
Must possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills to work in a team environment
Candidates with UAE experience will be preferred

• Responsible for designing and preparing working plans, scale drawings and charts in detail.

You will be involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations and conservation from the earliest stages right through to completion.

Responsibilities

Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar)
Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
Visual awareness and an eye for detail

Deal with Dubai municipality system, RTA and other governmental authorities  

* Coordination between all aspects in the projects (structure, Architecture, MEP).
* Coordination between all subcontractors, prepare LPO and all project required documents 

* Review and produce shop drawings, Time schedule, method statement, SC Drawings Construction Drawings.

* Review Authority / consultant drawings.
* Initiate RFI's, Comments, Etc.
