The primary function of this role is to work as a member of the Design Team producing the visual design concept for every client using different colors, illustrations, simulation and various print and layout techniques for an Events Management and Exhibition environment.
Candidate Requirements :
Ø Five years minimum experience in design production in the Events industry.
Ø Should be an expert in Autocad, 3D Max, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Ø Should be experienced in making stage designs, backdrops, seating layouts and other event elements.
Ø College graduate or a degree holder.
Ø Strong understanding of production process and Events development.
Ø Can work in tight deadlines.

Architectural Project Manager Dubai

The primary responsibility of the Architectural Project Manager includes independently coordinating the work of Project Architects, and the balance of a multi-disciplined team throughout the entire projects development. Establishes client relations, and is involved with the marketing, contractual, design and production meetings. Participates in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance. Conducts schematic design development and contract document work sessions at the project site in conjunction with Project Architect and other disciplines. Is responsible to coordinate workload through the entire project development to complete documents on schedule. Is responsible to track the financial aspects of the projects, and coordinate and adjust the work effort with the team to ensure that the work is completed within the parameters of the agreed to schedule. Works with the Business Manager and the Managing Principal for project reviews with corporate management on an as needed basis.

Skills

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture. Registered Architect. 10+ years of experience. Must be able to lead a team on projects. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project). Excellent command of the English language.

• Full knowledge of producing full set of drawings in CAD alone with shop drawings & detailing
• Quantifying all the items in the drawings and floating it to the QS dept.
• Check the quality and progress at Site / Project and verifying with the design drawings.
• Monitor the progress at site according to program of work and update the program on timely manner.
• Good at free hand sketches and proposing proper detailing at site.
• preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials
• on-going cost analysis of maintenance and repair work
