 Develop Fit out works and estimate cost for the project;  
 Prepare necessary shop drawings for the project;
 Take down the progress of the project;
 Oversee Scheduling and Timelines for projects and facilitates coordination between parties involved in the project;
 Attends to meetings with concern parties;
 Consult with clients;
 Manage contractors;
