• Having a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Certificate Attested by UAE.
• Should have at least 7-10 years of progressive experience in Architecture, 5 years from this is a growing experience in the same field in UAE with an emphasis on Architectural Design of High Rise Residential/Commercial Buildings & Towers, Luxury Villas & Palaces, Multi-Use Complex, Mosque and Recreational Facilities.
• Excellent design and drafting skills and proficiency in AUTOCAD, Photoshop, Revit, V-Ray, 3D Max, 2D & Xref Detailing and MS Office
• Ideally knowledgeable of current UAE laws, codes and titles in relation to construction and design.
• A member of the Society of Engineers-UAE is an advantage.
• A keen interest in the built environment and the dedication to see projects through to their conclusion.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong interpersonal and team building skills.

Job description: DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a right-brained Architect to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction. You will be involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations and conservation from the earliest stages right through to completion.

Responsibilities

Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
Compile project specifications
Keep within budgets and timelines
Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project
Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals
Follow architectural trends and advancements

REQUIREMENTS
Proven working experience as an architect in Dubai Free zone projects
Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar)
Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions

Looking for a Draftsman - Daily duties mainly consist in providing Cad drawings - new designs and updating of existing drawings. 
Only candidates with experience as draftsman within infrastructural project will be taken in consideration.

Job description: We are looking for a Dental CAD CAM Specialist to join our team. Experience in scanning and using Ceramill (AmannGirrbach) software along with dental knowledge.
Philippine nationality preferred.

Job duties include:

Operate and maintain CAD CAM scanner, software and milling machine.

Design and fabricate dental prostheses using Ceramic (AmannGirrbach) software.

Understanding of manufacturing processes and dental lab techniques of milling and fitting of Emax crowns, Zirconia crowns, as well as Implant crowns.


Basic Qualifications:

Exposure and/or training working with digital dentistry software and milling machine.

Minimum of 2 years Dental Lab Technician diploma or certificate.
