Handling Cash Management Sheet with responsibility of updating the same with every payment and receipt, budgeting and planning in direct contact with the GM
Handling of Bank Register
Update of Daily Cash requests, arrangement and utilization of funds
Update all cash sheets along with the bank statements
Record of cheque books
Checking and verification of Petty cash expenses on daily basis and ensuring complete supporting attached
Planning and preparation of Annual Benefits payments
Cash withdrawals
Cash payments
Preparation of cheques
Reconciling / Closing day end cash
Data entry in Tally

Job Duties

To oversee the day to day activities of the restaurant operations and ensure the service and quality are being observed by the management team as per the standard operating procedure. Responsible for the increase of sales profit, food costing and control, marketing strategies and operational budgeting.

Minimum Requirement

Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any degree combination of training and experience from casual dining restaurant.

Worked at least seven (7) years in the same position.

A valid Bahrain driving license

Working Conditions

The Operations Manager may be required to work extended hours as per operations demand with flexibility in schedule. This position will be required to work under pressure and increase of mental stress level. Travel from one place to another.
