Fluent in Arabic and English.

Senior Finance & Accounts Manager

Oversee and manage the daily accounting & finance.
• Handle full set of accounts & ledger in all company offices.
• Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliation and receivable control
• Prepare annual budget & handle annual audit
• Establish & develop relationship with local and international bankers to enhance existing facility and facilitate new trade finance
• Familiar with operation documentation, stocks, demurrage/dispatch, taxes, construction project accounting & finance.
• Handles local and international compliance work

Skills

Responsibilities:
• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
• Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail.  The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the department and help the company be fully aware of its financial condition. The position is temporary and for 2 months only. Candidates on spouse or parents visa only.
 
Responsibilities

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded 
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices 
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations 
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines 
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned

Requirements
