Job Duties

To oversee the day to day activities of the restaurant operations and ensure the service and quality are being observed by the management team as per the standard operating procedure. Manage the staffing budget, hire, train and develop skills. Shall be responsible for resolving the technical, maintenance and repair issues in the restaurant. Responsible for the increase of sales profit, food costing and control, marketing strategies and operational budgeting.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to manage general operational activities of multiple restaurant branches.
Excellent knowledge in the preparation of P & L, budget and expenses.
Dependable and ability to command effectively and appropriately.
Strong decision-making using sound judgment

Minimum Requirement

Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any degree combination of training and experience from casual dining restaurant.

Working Conditions

The Operations Manager may be required to work extended hours as per operations demand with flexibility in schedule. This position will be required to work under pressure and increase of mental stress level. Travel from one place to another.

We are looking for an experienced senior accountant to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions.

Senior accountant responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures. A successful senior accountant combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts. The ideal candidate has also experience collaborating and/or managing a team of accountants and junior accountants. Senior accountant duties also include ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all of our accounting tasks.

Education: BS in accounting, preferable to have Master degree in accounting.
Experience: 
- 6 to 8 years in trading companies
- Valuable knowledge on preparing and reading financial reports (Balance sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow Statement)
- Ability to monitor inventory variations
- Former position as senior accountant

Responsibilities:

• Provides inputs on development of communication strategies that meet clients’ business needs and drive their business.
• Plans individual communication campaigns that support clients’ marketing initiatives in an effective and efficient way.
• Coordinates with Marketing Services Department (Events, PR, Digital and CRM) to integrate their activities into the overall clients’ communications strategies and initiatives.
• Translates customer insights into advertising, brand, and creative strategies. Provides expert inputs in client marketing strategies.
